Learning about production, uses, nutrition, and economic impact
Fostering agriculture literacy, critical thinking, decision making, communication, and practical life skills
Gaining industry knowledge
Learning specific product details such as cooking methods and growing seasons
Gaining understanding of careers related to agriculture by studying the industry
