Harper, Texas 4-H is a local youth development organization that  focuses on agriculture, livestock, leadership, and community service. Supported by the HALO non-profit group and the Gillespie County 4-H Adult Leaders, it is part of the broader Gillespie County 4-H program. Members participate in projects like livestock showing, cooking, and photography to build life skills.
